Created on 11x14 watercolor paper using collage, paint, layered text, and expressive mark making, the piece feels suspended between vulnerability and defiance. The face is fragmented but centered — interrupted, yet still present. The title itself suggests a disruption: interrupted peace, interrupted identity, interrupted womanhood, interrupted healing.
